* The frequent 'Disconnected from Server' issue has been discovered and resolved. Our apologies for that issue making it's way out and sticking around for as long as it did.

* This update fixes issues with audio artifacts when people leave or join the session. It *does not* yet fix the issue where someone joining can cause 1-2 seconds of silence. We are still working on that.
This is a Client and Server Update

Reload your client if it's already running, and it should prompt you to upgrade your client. Once it's upgraded, you should be good to go.

* When a user plays a JamTrack to others in the session, the 'tap-in' metronome should now stream to others.
* Metronome works more consistently with JamTracks.
* Metronome would incorrectly play if a recording was opened after a JamTrack with a tap-in was played.
* More fixes for audio dropout on session join or leave.
* General robustness improved. This is a Client and Server Update

Jamkazam updates

1. Fixed transport bug - audio RTCP packets were being routed over RTP port
2. Random NAT support. If one client in a session is behind a Random NAT and others are behind port preserving NAT, the random NAT client will be able to join the session. These users should not experience no-audio in a session.
3. JamSession control - use CTRL+K (Windows) or CMD+K (Mac) to open session control panel. The session creator can use in JamClass or JamSession mode. Creator can lock session to new users, boot users from session and block them from coming back and much more.
4. Easy mode audio setup. If you are a first time user, you can setup your audio with a very simple wizard. This will allow a new user to experience JamKazam without the complexity of setting up audio hardware. The basically now have a SKYPE/VOIP-like mode that they can use to get into sessions that do not require low-latency audio setup
5. Latency scoring between clients have been optimized to reduce server load.
6. More robust IPV6 support
7. Many other small bug fixes..

May 5th 2017 Updates

Windows, Mac, and JamBlaster clients updated:

* Provides dialog to control streaming bitrate and packet rate. Controlling the packet rate can help make sessions better when then number of users exceeds 3 or more. Bitrate control allows people with higher bandwidth to stream higher quality streams. You can now also turn on/off auto throttle of bitrate.
* Provide boost level control over audio paths. This adds a user controllable amount of amount of gain to audio paths.
* Provide the option to rotate video. This is helpful when you have webcams at certain angles eg when playing piano, to be rotated so that the picture looks normal.
