Halo 4 on PC is Not in Development
For now, Master Chief is bound to Microsoft's console.

Though a PC version of a Halo game hasn't been released since Halo 2 for Windows in 2007, perhaps you thought that with a new development studio in control of the franchise, there might be a chance for a PC version of Halo 4. According to a Microsoft representative, no such version is currently in development.

As posted by The Penny Arcade Report "Halo 4 was designed specifically for Xbox 360, and while we’re always exploring new ways to expand the franchise and share the Halo experience with as many fans as possible, we do not currently have any plans to port Halo 4 to PC."

For now, Master Chief is bound to Microsoft's console.

Perhaps that may change in the future, but for now, it doesn't seem like you'll be able to play Halo 4 on anything more powerful than an Xbox 360 anytime soon
