Default 12/15/2010 Microsoft updates has caused issues with Office 2003 on XP Pro SP3

Office Outlook 2003 after the 12/15/2010 updates will pop-up and error message. We click on send error to Microsoft server. Then Outlook will close and restart. Sometimes it will change the view and you have to fix it

This is happening on many computers.

I have example of the error from 3 different computers with same OS

Work Computer running Office 2003 Pro on XP Pro SP3
Microsoft Office 11
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8326.0, stamp 4c1c2372, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 7.0.6000.17093, stamp 4cd4a284, debug? 0, fault address 0x000b18a2.

One of Microsoft Tech posted this to help out

2289163 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2289163/ ) MS10-105: Description of the security update for Microsoft Office 2003: December 14, 2010

2466074 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2466074/ ) Description of the Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter update: December 14, 2010

FYI: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2479674

Please uninstall them one by one, and check if the problem can be resolved. If everything works properly after uninstalling the updates, please postpone the updates, and we will report this issue.

I posted to soon removing the 12/15/2010 update KB2449798 did not fix the problem nor removing the updated suggested by Microsoft Techs post.

Seem like they are now trying to kill XP and Office 2003 and force you to update.
